Recruiting is today the most important  success factor in business in Russia.

"Personnel and recruiting is the key success factor of business in today`s Russia" says Ms Natalia Krivoruchenko, General Director of FOXX-Russia in St Petersburg.

"The key factor of success was product itself in the 1990`s" says Mr Valeri Beliakov, General Director of FOXX-Russia in Moscow. "There was a lack of any kinds of products in the 1990`s. Selling was easy. However, it is now all over. There is now plenty of products for sale from all over the world in Russia. The same way in industrial production. in the 1990`s there were lots of unemployed or "so-to-say-employed" people working on marginal salary. Not any more. Actually there is no unemployment at all in Russia. Especially among the so called new generation there is a real lack of employees almost to any kind of business or industrial activity", says Mr Beliakov of FOXX-Russia in Moscow.

"FOXX has recruited employees to hundreds of companies in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan" says Ms Leiviska, Managing Director of FOXX. "They are both Western companies and local companies operating in those countries".

"FOXX can take care of personnel and salary administration if needed", says Ms Krivoruchenko. "Then the companies and their personnel can focus to their core business activity. This is really very convenient to the companies. The administrative burden on personnel and salary administration is really very heavy in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan", continues Mr Beliakov of FOXX-Russia. "On eadditional advantage to the companies is that actually there is then no need to establish any company or representattive office at all in Russia, Ukraine or Kazakhstan. FOXX will take care of the legal administrative aspects regarding personnel and their salary payments".

"We started recruiting services in Russia already in 1987, already 20 years ago". Definitely we have lots of experience in this activity in Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine", says Dr Kettunen of FOXX.
